Serendipity

Happiness is really something we find, almost by accident, when doing something worthwhile. It is a serendipity. The days that you awake and say to yourself, "I'm gonna be happy today if it kills me", usually turn out to be the worst days.

It is on those days when you are actively doing something beneficial that you find yourself most happy. God intends for His people to be happy, but their self-gratification is not to be their prime motive.

Psalm 40:8 "I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart."
